Cocktail Time!

It’s summer, Styled by Stacy fans, and my all time favorite warm weather activity is, Patio Drinking! Most of the time you catch me enjoying a nice glass of #roseallday, but on occasion when I’m feelin’ fancy I will treat myself to a delicious summer time cocktail!! So in the spirit of patio drinking and delicious cocktails I thought it would be fun to feature some Super Simple Summertime Cocktails (say that 10 times fast) on the blog today! I have enlisted a little help from my friends and a great patio backdrop to bring you two amazing cocktail ideas. They are so simple they are literally two ingredients.
First let me set the mood with our lovely rooftop backdrop! I was lucky enough to snag the amazing rooftop of the Velvet Dog on West 6th in Downtown Cleveland for the afternoon, and if your local and have not been, what's wrong with you? Seriously, it's where I spent most of my summer nights in my early 20’s. It’s an amazing rooftop in the CLE and worth a visit. While I was there I met up with friend, fraternity wife, and Marketing and Event Planner of the Velvet Dog, Georgina Barrnett. This girl knows how to throw a party and she always has the perfect cocktail, or shot for any occasion. She was the obvious choice to help me with this blog and the drinks she came up with are perfect for any summer soirèe.

Drink #1: Fizzy Flirt
Georgina created this drink with me in mind because it combines the two things I love the most, Rosè and Champagne! This sparkling cocktail tastes like Rosè Champagne with a little kick!

Ingredients
1 Shot of Three Olives Rosè (1.5 ounces)
6 Ounces of Champagne (You can use moscato if you prefer something sweeter)

Directions
Add one shot of chilled Three Olives Rosè to glass.
Add 6 ounces of Champagne to glass.
Garnish with a fresh Strawberry and you have the perfect Girls Night In Cocktail!

Drink #2: Firecracker
This boozy lemonade is so refreshing and delicious you don't even realize there is liquor in it! The flavors remind me of one of those bomb pop popsicle you had when you were a kid!

Ingredients
1 shot of Smirnoff Red, White, and Berry (1.5 ounces)
1 cup of lemonade

Directions
Add one shot of Smirnoff to class of ice
Add the cup of lemonade on top
Garnish with a lemon and you have the best 4th of July party drink!

*Smirnoff Red, White, and Berry is only available for a limited time. Another option would be Smirnoff Raspberry garnished with frozen raspberries for a cool and refreshing Boozie Raspberry Lemonade!

*For another cool summertime treat you can take this drink recipe and freeze it into boozy popsicles!

I like easy drinking, and these Super Simple Summertime Cocktails that Georgina created are perfect! I'm also more of a hands on learner as well and I wanted to share something special with all of you for this boozy blog so I called up my girl Shots by Shaw, a soon to be fraternity wife, to create a hilarious and fun video of Georgina and I making these drinks live! You can find it on my first ever IGTV on Instagram. Be sure to leave me some love while your there!

Cheers to Summer SbyS fans!
